At Jarak shisha, our goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

 

Our products are subject to the return or exchange policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in accordance with our policy .

* Return or exchange is possible if the product is different, wrong or has a manufacturing defect from what was ordered from the customer in the same original condition and has never been used or opened within a maximum period of only five days from receipt .

* When returning or replacing the customer's desire, the shipping company charges the customer
